Beautiful, newly built villa with private swimming pool, modern decoration. very luxurous and comfortable. wireless internet available. one hour drive from the nice cote d'azur airport. the villa is located about 3 km's from the ancient and charming village seillans. seillans is one of the 100 celebrated ancient villages of france. the villa is situated on a terrain of about 3000 m2 with a nice garden, large terraces situated to the south and the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m2) which can be reached directly from the house and terraces. there are 10 beds with the swimmingpool, tables and chairs on the top terrace. there is "jeux de boule" place in the garden and further you may use the barbecue when there are no imposed restrictions because of fire risks.

interior: luxurous, large (about 230 m2) and very comfortable (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). a very large livingroom with astonishing views on the cities fayence and seillans and the rest of the valley along the coastline from cannes to toulon!! the diningroom with a large table and modern chairs. a comfortable climate system is available. floor heating in the cooler seasons. television in the livingroom with sattelite tv, radio and dvd. near to the diningroom, the provencale style modern and fully equiped kitchen. everyting is available: dishwasher, magnetron, oven and refrigerator. an additional fridge and freezer are available next to the kitchen. on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with each of them it's own bathroom. the 4th and romantic decorated bedroom and comfortable bathroom are located in the tower of the house (1st floor). further, a large garage is available of about 100 m2.

endcleaning € 120. deposit € 1000. bed linen and towels for rent at € 25,- per person. a maximum of 8 people are allowed to stay in the villa. pets are not allowed. smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
